Cerium Group Ltd are pleased to announce that we remain open for business during this incredibly difficult global period.
We have been manufacturing with all appropriate social distancing measures in place and are pleased to confirm that our facility is COVID secure. Whilst we have welcomed back some staff from the furlough scheme we are experiencing slightly longer than usual lead times, primarily due to the “V” shaped recovery the optical industry seems to be following. This is good news for all of us, however we will not cut corners or reduce our very high standards to manufacture more quickly.
We have taken some time to review internal procedures and to further improve our already strict quality control procedures and have updated and upgraded many of our front line manufacturing lines.
We very much look forward to getting back to normality, however the “new normal” is being embraced here. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions or queries.
Looking to the future, we are aware that many of the exhibitions and trade fairs in the near future have been cancelled or postponed, we would very much like to reassure you that whilst we are unable to meet in person we can provide product demonstration by using multiple different media formats.
