Chevron™ Polishing Pad

The latest edition to the Cerium range of polishing pads is developed to be compatible with all of the latest lens materials, liquid polishes and makes of machinery.

This innovative polishing pad only available exclusively from Cerium features unique pocketed reservoirs to retain and carry the polishing liquid when the pads is in use. These pockets allow the Chervon™ to give a faster polishing action by carrying the maximum polish load to the lens surface, creating a brighter surface on the finished lens.

Chevron™ has an extremely fine woven backing that is attached to our special film. This means the pad conforms very accurately without any creases to any tool curve giving a more perfect curve reproduction than normally achievable when using a standard polishing pad.

A special developed adhesive is used to adhere the flock to the base material and reduces flock loss in the polish to a minimum.

The ISO 9001:2000 controlled manufacture of all Cerium products ensures quality and eliminates batch-to-batch inconsistencies.
